摘要: THE CURRENT excitement in research on transforming growth factor—β (TGF-β) comes from its multiple actions almost every type of cell and potential for therapeutic use common clinical conditions which there are no adequate pharmacologic agents. Although TGF-β was identified originally an assay that measured ability to enhance the fibroblasts soft agar ("transformation"), true importance is as a mediator normal cellular physiology, particular during formation tissues (as embryogenesis) tissue response injury inflammation repair). Almost all cells have been shown make one molecular forms, al— most receptors TGF-β. Transforming factor—β1 highly stable peptide consists two identical chains, each containing 112 amino acids. It first isolated characterized human platelets placentas well
