摘要: Abstract Background Allergic rhinitis (AR) is a polygenic inflammatory disorder of the upper respiratory airway with an increasing prevalence worldwide. Interleukin-10 (IL-10) and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), as two cytokines pleiotropic effects on both innate adaptive immunity, play important roles in allergic responses. Therefore, this study was performed to evaluate associations five polymorphisms IL-10 TGF-β genes AR. Materials methods Ninety-eight patients AR along 140 healthy volunteers no history same ethnicity were recruited study. Genotyping done for three promoter region gene (rs1800896, rs1800871, rs1800872), exonic TGF-β1 (rs1982037, rs1800471) using PCR sequence-specific-primers method. Results A allele AA genotype rs1800896 TT rs1982037 significantly less frequent than controls. While C CG rs1800471 associated higher susceptibility C/C T/C haplotypes A/C/A, A/T/C G/C/A rs1800872) found frequencies Patients CC rs1800871 Il-10 had lower levels IgE. Conclusion We that certain genetic variants well some clinical parameters
