摘要: Common variable immunodeficiency (CVID) is a heterogeneous group of disorders, characterized by severe reduction in serum IgG and IgA with normal or low number B-cells. Interleukin (IL)-4 IL-10 levels could be altered CVID patients, while cytokine production affected polymorphisms gene promoter regions. The allele genotype frequencies IL-4 polymorphic sites were investigated 30 patients comparison controls. GA was the most frequent at position -1082 whereas AA significantly decreased patient same position. For IL-4, TG (-1098) TC (-33) genotypes overrepresented group, TT CC group. Frequency ACA IL4 GCC haplotypes higher than controls, whilst frequency ACC TCC Considering producing haplotype, high explained patients. High also expected based on this polymorphisms.
