摘要: Abstract Background Atopic dermatitis is an inflammatory skin disease in which both genetic and environmental factors interact to determine the susceptibility severity of disease. Objective The aim this study was association between atopic IL-10 TGF-β1 gene polymorphisms. Methods allele genotype frequencies genes encoding for were investigated 89 patients with comparison 138 control group using PCR-SSP method. Results A significant increase found frequency codon 10/C among (p Conclusions We a strong polymorphisms at 10 25 positions dermatitis.
