摘要: Abstract The effects of the 5-HT 1A receptor antagonist WAY 100635 on recognition memory were investigated in two different amnestic models rat by using object task. at 1 mg/kg, but not 0.3 counteracted scopolamine-induced performance deficits acquisition version this behavioral paradigm. At same dose, antagonized extinction normal rat, suggesting that it affected acquisition, storage and retrieval information. These results support extend prior findings interactions between serotonergic cholinergic systems are relevant to cognition indicate modulates aspects memory.
