摘要: Here we have investigated the influence of magnetic field and confinement potential on nonlinear optical property, third harmonic generation (THG) a parabolically quantum dot in presence Rashba spin orbit interaction. We used density matrix formulation for obtaining properties within effective mass approximation. The results are presented as function confining potential, field, interaction strength photon energy. Our indicate that an increase coefficient produces strong effect peak positions THG. role control parameters THG been demonstrated.
