摘要: ENVELOPED RNA viruses from different groups participate readily with each other in phenotypic mixing during maturation at the plasma membrane of host cells. These ‘pseudotypes’ envelope antigens one virus and genome have been demonstrated for simian 5 vesicular stomatitis (VSV)1, avian or murine tumour VSV2–4, fowl plague VSV5. (An exception has lack interaction between Sindbis VSV6.) We now found virions containing genomes VSV a DNA virus, herpes simplex (HSV). interactions unrelated may be part mechanism viral pathogenesis oncogenesis.
