摘要: Some early events of membrane alteration were described by the freeze-fracture technique in an vitro killing system Schistosoma mansoni rat immune serum directed against host proteins. The recognition determinants on surface parasite leads to a reordering hydrophobic domain tegumental outer membrane. constant formation aggregates preexisting intramembranous particles (or tetrads) was mediated thermostable antibodies. adult worms and accumulation tetrads within lining pits observed presence heat-labile factors which are presumed be complement. Without action C components, flow spines detected. multilaminate vesicles present tegument membranes from basal lamina evaginations appear fuse with cytoplasmic side channels. significance these findings is discussed relation possible ability worm repair its adapt itself new environment.
