摘要: Abstract In this work, the synthesis of molecular materials formed from metallic phthalocyanines and 1,4-phenylenediamine is reported. The powder thin film (∼80–115 nm thickness) samples synthesized materials, deposited by vacuum thermal evaporation, show same intra-molecular bonds in IR spectroscopy studies, which suggests that evaporation process does not alter these bonds. morphology films was studied using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) atomic force (AFM) their optical electrical properties were as well. parameters have been investigated spectrophotometric measurements transmittance wavelength range 200–1200 nm. absorption spectra recorded UV–vis region for showed two bands, namely Q Soret bands. activation energy calculated found to be 3.41 eV material with cobalt, 3.34 eV including lead 3.5 eV iron. effect temperature on conductivity measured corresponding conduction processes are discussed work.
