摘要: Due to the special structure and working mode of AC DC excitation, vibration magnetically controlled saturated reactors (MCSRs) is larger than that ordinary ones. In order design an appropriate damping system or isolation for MCSRs, this paper studies stress characteristic which inherent reason noise. The multi-group magnetization magnetostrictive curves silicon steel under different compressive forces with bias excitations are tested in paper. Based on measured constitutive relations, electromagnetic-mechanical coupled numerical model MCSRs established. Considering electromagnetic force magnetostriction force, magnetic field distribution practical conditions calculated MCSRs. During calculation, control circuit finite element model, provides theoretical basis noise reduction
