Magnetically Controlled Saturable Reactor Core Vibration Under Practical Working Conditions

摘要: In order to seek new vibration reduction method for magnetically controlled saturable reactors (MCSRs), this paper studies the stress characteristic which is inherent reason of and noise. Under practical working condition, dc ac excitations make iron cores work in a magnetic saturation state. Meanwhile, reactor always exists influences on properties core material. Because material shows different magnetization magnetostrictive under bias stress, database curves silicon steel tensile stresses with tested. Based measured constitutive relations, an electromagneto-mechanical two-way coupled numerical model MCSRs presented. Vibrations considering effect, electromagnetic force combination them are calculated compare influence two forces MCSR vibration. From computation results, it can be seen that total not simple superposition stress. Finally, prototype conditions tested prove validity proposed model.
