摘要: Abstract Monoclonal antibodies (MCAs) against porcine immunoglobulin isotypes G, G 1 , 2 M and A have been produced characterized in detail. Epitope analysis using a competitive direct enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) indicated that the MCAs recognized 3 class-specific epitopes of IgG, 4 specific for IgG IgM IgA. Two were shown to react with an allotypic determinant (B2) one MCA is probably allotype specific. The production its subclasses and, addition, one-step isolation nearly pure preparations by immunoaffinity chromatography 34.1.1a (anti-IgG ) confirmed existence at least two IgG. Preliminary results further suggested subpopulation which could be eluted selectively from Protein A-Sepharose columns pH 5.0. 34.17.2a appeared preferentially this used isolate similar immuno-affinity chromatography. Several successfully applied detection double antibody sandwich ELISA (isotype-specific) various viruses. availability full set will stimulate facilitate study immune system.
