摘要: Described herein are method, compositions and kits for prognosis of prostate cancer. The methods include determining the ratio PCA3 a prostate-specific marker expression in urine sample correlating value PCA3/prostate-specific with aggressiveness mortality risk cancer subject. method prognosing patient includes assessing amount specific mRNA sample; this over marker; comparing to at least one predetermined cut-off value, wherein above is indicative higher as compared below value.
