摘要: Alternaria is a cosmopolitan fungal genus that includes saprophytic, endophytic and pathogenic species, widely distributed in soil organic matter decomposition. Plant species affect cereals, vegetables fruit crops the field during storage. spp. contamination responsible for some of world's most devastating plant diseases, causing serious reduction crop yields considerable economic losses. produce more than 70 secondary metabolites which are toxic to plants, these phytotoxins have been chemically characterised reported act as mycotoxins humans animals. Exposure toxins has linked variety adverse effects on human animal health, including genotoxic, mutagenic, carcinogenic cytotoxic effects. isolated from fruits (apple, pear, melon, apricot, grapes, raisins, strawberry, olive, citrus dried figs), (tomato, pepper carrot) tubers (potato), well several processed foodstuffs manufactured with damaged raw materials (juices, preserves, sauces, etc.). Moreover, frequently associated allergic reactions sensitized individuals.
