摘要: Purpose – The purpose of this paper is to examine the implications remote surveillance or satellite imagery as they relate trade secret law, knowledge management, and competitive intelligence.Design/methodology/approach approaches legal issues from perspective a holder.Findings While conducting research for paper, it was found that, while technological improvements relating sensing are increasingly more precise ubiquitous, laws protecting businesses that have an interest in secrets inconsistent.
