摘要: Abstract From 1979 to 1984, we followed the cases of 3 men (aged 13, 31, and 75 yr) 2 women 38 45 yr who had never used oral contraceptives) suffering from liver adenomatosis, an uncommon lesion consisting numerous benign adenomas in otherwise normal hepatic parenchyma. During same period, observed 20 adenoma (one tumor 18 patients two tumors patients). these review previously reported adenomatosis series adenoma, following distinctive characteristics conditions can be outlined: (a) affects women, whereas predominantly women; (b) is unrelated, closely related, contraceptive use; (c) increases serum alkaline phosphatase γ-glutamyl transpeptidase are common but adenoma.
