摘要: Publisher Summary The resonant mirror optical biosensor is a waveguide-based sensor that uses the evanescent field to detect refractive index changes on or close sensing surface. As such, in theory, any molecular interaction can be followed real time without requirement for labeling. To accomplish this, one of interactants must attached surface and binding its partner produce measurable change index. there no significant stipulation types interactions investigated with this biosensor, literature base very broad. are reviewed respect selected published within last two three years. Future advances both instrumentation consumables, together limitations technology, also discussed chapter.
