摘要: In a cross between the two resistant accessions Col-0 and Ler-0, 15:1 segregation was found in F2, suggesting presence of unlinked resistance loci to Leptosphaeria maculans. One hundred Col-4 x 50 Ler-2 Cvi-1 recombinant inbred lines, seven susceptible Ler-0 Ws-0 F2 progenies were examined identify loci. Resistance Col-4, (RLM1) mapped marker m305 on chromosome 1. mapping populations located RLM2(Ler) same arm 4. A tight physical location RLM2 established through near-isogenic lines. This region correspond an ancient duplication event RLM1 Two independent T-DNA mutants TIR-NB-LRR R gene (At1g64070) displayed susceptibility, L. maculans mutant phenotypes confirmed be allelic for rlm1 F1 after crosses with rlm1(Ler)rlm2(Col) plants. Complementation genomic sequence At1g64070 conferred resistance. addition, neighbouring homologous (At1g63880) moderate susceptibility Sequence analysis revealed that truncated by premature stop codon, At1g63880 absent Ler-0. RNA interference is dependent genes structurally related RLM1. Camalexin identified as quantitative co-dominant factor origin, but RLM1/RLM2 was, however, require RAR1 partially HSP90.1.
