The role of computed tomography and sonography in acute bullous pemphigoid.

摘要: We report acute bullous pemphigoid occurring in an elderly female patient whom abdominal sonography and computed tomography (CT) examinations revealed the presence of occult hepatic splenic metastatic deposits from a primary pancreatic carcinoma. In majority cases is self limiting auto-immune disorder absence systemic disease. An association with visceral malignancy has been described by previous authors(1–4) but role diagnosing subgroup patients this should be undertaken not highlighted.
