摘要: Capillary electrophoresis with ultraviolet detection (CE/UV) of selected fungicides (carbendazim, metalaxyl, propiconazole, and vinclozolin) using different buffer compositions was investigated. zone (CZE) 10 mM sodium phosphate (pH 7.0) not useful in separating the four used this study. However, were well resolved by employing micellar electrokinetic capillary chromatography (MEKC). Among two surfactants tested MEKC, bile salts provided better separation compared to dodecyl sulfate (SDS). A consisting 100 cholate 10% methanol gave best results; excellent compounds achieved less than 15 min. The CE/UV method validated analyzing deionized lake-water samples fortified known concentrations for fungicides. Average recoveries lake water 4 micrograms/L level ranged from 42 87%.
