摘要: ABSTRACTLike tea, the leaves of Turkish thyme (Thymus vulgaris) can be boiled in water to produce an extract. This is widely used as syrup for treatment coughs and bronchitis at alternative medicine clinics many parts world. In current study, we assessed phenolic content antioxidant activity thyme. The activities both ethanol aqueous extracts were determined using various vitro methods. total flavonoid contents a gallic acid equivalent quercetin equivalent, respectively.
