摘要: The innate immune system must coordinate elaborate signaling pathways to turn on expression of hundreds genes provide protection against pathogens and resolve acute inflammation. Multiple within distinct functional categories are coordinately temporally regulated by transcriptional off switches in response external stimuli. Three classes transcription factors act together with coregulators chromatin-modifying complexes control these programs. In addition, newer studies implicate long noncoding RNA (lncRNA) as additional regulators responses. LncRNAs promote, fine-tune, restrain the inflammatory program. this study, we an overview gene regulation emerging importance lncRNAs system.
