摘要: Abstract The energy performance and degradation of 3 BP PV modules, type 1233, operating for a period just more than 20 years are studied compared to the nominal power output data. modules outdoor lighting Solar Campus perform smoothly all this period, without any special treatment or maintenance, although they were physically weathered on continuous basis. Life cycle was estimated from series i, V experiments carried out under field conditions. experimental analysis led determination present peak power, at STC, shunt resistances, Rs Rsh, respectively, fill factor, FF. Causes especially its extent attributed discolouring, junctions’ damage, humidity ingress in box, encapsulant delamination, hot spots, etc., as realized by situ inspections.
