摘要: Abstract One of the most important characteristics photovoltaic (PV) modules is their long lifetime (around 25 years). However, recent investigations have shown that PV may suffer significant degradation before time; why development diagnostic techniques for customers systems. In this paper two indicators to quantify a module are presented. Such use single-diode model represent without and combine such information with experimental measurements estimate increase in series resistance and/or decrease parallel respect reference values. The estimation those variations allows quantification degradation. Simulation results comparing proposed fill factor (a traditional indicator electrical quality module), other presented illustrate advantages indicators.
