摘要: At Fermilab, a pixel detector for BTeV is proposed installation few millimeters from the beam. Its information will be used in on-line track finding lowest level trigger system. This requires high-speed readout and immediate data transfer chip to processor. It also believed that 2-4 bits of analog required achieve targeted spatial resolution [1] with 50{micro} wide pixels. Our first prototype, FPIX0 [2], now being beam test confirm physics simulations determine ''information''. 2nd FPIX1, 160X18 compatible ATLAS family detectors. We have build tested 4 FPIX1-detector assemblies. FPIX1 realized HP 0.5{micro} process. The main features are: 2bit flash ADC on each cell maximum speed; Triggered or stand alone operation; High speed sparse time ordered Readout.
