摘要: Abstract Rats with lesions in subareas CA3 and CA4/dentate gyrus of the dorsal hippocampus were submitted to four different experimental situations a shuttlebox. Animals made less shuttle responses buzzer than sham-operated or intact control animals two tests, which was paired (i.e., given contiguous) footshock: Pavlovian paradigm, typical two-way avoidance situation. showed no difference their performance any tests. The results suggest that plays role establishment stimulus-stimulus relations brain, CA4 dentate play major aversive examined this paper.
