摘要: The clinical pathological characteristics of 3969 adult patients with chronic atrophic gastritis were retrospectively studied. positivity intestinal metaplasia and dysplasia in gastric specimens increased age; however, H. pylori inflammatory activity decreased significantly age. infection was present 21.01% patients, 92.33% the subjects found to have simultaneous activity. markedly as degree atrophy increased. In conclusion, incidence age correlated patients. notably Large population-based prospective studies are needed better understand progression CAG.
