摘要: Abstract A simple contact printing method to modulate the surface wettability of glass employing poly(dimethyl)siloxane (PDMS) mold was investigated. PDMS is a well known material in microfluidics and soft lithography for biomedical applications, being easy process, low cost, biocompatible transparent. Moreover its can be tuned, by exposure oxygen plasma, UV-ozone or chemical oxidant solutions, functionalization. Unfortunately effects these treatments are not so stable time. In this work modify energy (SE) changing composition proposed. Different mixing ratios (polymer base/curing agent) analyzed evidencing that SE decreases while increasing content polymer base, permanently modifying behavior. As thin layer transferred surfaces printing, it possible locally change simply patterning PDMS. technique transfer The technological process based on fabrication molds lift-off using Laser Direct Writing (LDW) commercial photoresist. transferring structures having width 10 μm studied chosen composition, analyzing patterned film angle (CA) measurements.
