摘要: Reagents and a method for the pre-concentration of WBCs from leukodepleted blood segment samples are described. The reagent comprises: lytic reagent, example, saponin in phosphate buffered saline(PBS), wherein amount is range about 1% to 10% percent (w/w). comprises: contacting specific volume leukoreduced sample with regent; mixing two so as selectively lyse RBCs whole sample; subjecting mixture centrifugation, separate into WBC rich phase lysed-RBC phase; discarding supernatant containing lysed RBC resuspending PBS.
