摘要: The pharmacological stressor yohimbine increases ongoing alcohol self-administration and reinstates seeking in rats. This effect is attenuated by systemic injections of a corticotropin-releasing factor (CRF) antagonist. brain sites involved CRF's role yohimbine-induced taking are unknown. We report that the CRF receptor antagonist d-Phe into median raphe nucleus (MRN) reinstatement but had no on intake during self-administration. Results indicate an important MRN receptors not intake.
