摘要: The fluorescence of Y-bodies and brightly fluorescing autosomal heterochromatin in quinacrine mustard stained interphase nuclei treated with distamycin A is more brilliant than only mustard. In the present study examinations aid this method several probands different tissues are described. effect demonstrated to depend on its dose time exposure it. An exceptionally high frequency YY sperm nuclei, previously also described by other studies, confirmed work. hypothesis explaining discussed.
