摘要: A high level replication fowl adenovirus (FAdV) isolate capable of reaching a viral titer at least 3 log 10 is described. Said FAdV non-pathogenic strain serotype 4, identified as FAdV-4 ON1. Additionally, the present disclosure also provides vector comprising adenovirus, which has inserted an exogenous nucleotide sequence coding for one antigenic site disease concern, well method obtaining said and immunogenic composition same.
