摘要: The invention discloses specific primers for detecting and identifying fowl adenovirus-4 (FAdV-4) FAdV-8b, application of the primers, belonging to technical field biology. Thetwo pairs are designed according conserved sequences FAdV-4 FAdV-8b; sizes amplified fragments respectively 138bp 122bp, denaturation temperatures 81.5 DEG C 87.3 C; FAdV-8b can be distinguished a fluorescence quantitative amplification curve dissolution curve. Specific experiments show that do not cross-react with other common poultry viruses such as avian influenza virus (AIV) (H5N6, H9N2), newcastle disease (NDV), infectious bronchitis (IBV), IBDV, leukemia (ALV) laryngotracheitis (ILTV). detection method is sensitive efficient, used carrying out batch on clinical samples, thereby greatly shortening time diagnosis bringing huge economic benefit industry.
