摘要: Dietary lipids may affect sperm membrane structure, fluidity and its susceptibility to oxidative phenomena which lead altered viability proper binding eggs. Given the recently demonstrated beneficial effects of fish oil diets on turkey fertility embryo viability, aim this study was test a caviar-derived marine product spermatogenesis quality. Sixty mice were divided into four different groups fed for 3 weeks with normal chow (group A), added LD-1227 at dosage either 5 mg/day (B1) or 10 (B2) while Group C received standard mg DHA-rich mixture. At sacrifice tests/body weight ration checked. No toxicity, histological sign body testes growth abnormality noted, irrespective treatment. As compared control, all supplements showed increase counting motility although effect significantly higher than DHA alone (p<0.05). Viability improved by (p<0.05) but not low performed better Morphology unaffected any employed supplements. Taken altogether, these data suggest that has remarkable quali-quantitative parameters spermiogenesis, some them being more effective high DHA. These findings prove be interest in clinical practice.
