摘要: Osteocalcin is considered as a bone-derived hormone affecting on the body fat distribution and mass index. Several cross-sectional studies have investigated association between serum osteocalcin The aim of this study was to summarize evidence relationship We conducted complete search up November 2016 in PubMed SCOPUS reviewed reference list all relevant articles reviews. DerSimonian–Laird method were used pool effect sizes eligible studies. potential sources heterogeneity assessed using standard χ 2 test.To find possible between-study heterogeneity, we carried out subgroup analyses based sex, type population. There significant inverse overall result levels BMI(r = −0.161; 95% CI: −0.197, −0.124, p < 0.000). In analysis between-study, observed that population may be source most correlation seen metabolic syndrome (r = −0.265; p = 0.000). Findings from available data indicated an Further are needed better clarify these associations.
