摘要: In vivo and in vitro studies have demonstrated that high protein diets affect both synthesis regulation of several cellular processes. The role amino acids as substrate for has been established the literature. However, mechanism by which these modulate transcription regulate mRNA translation via mTOR-dependent signaling pathway yet to be fully determined. It verified mTOR is a responsible activating cascade biochemical intracellular events result activation process. Of aminoacids, leucine most effective stimulating reducing proteolysis. Therefore, it promotes positive nitrogen balance, possibly favoring this protein. This acid also directly indirectly stimulates secretion insulin, enhancing its anabolic effects. review aimed identify modulation discuss metabolic aspects related aminoacid.
