摘要: We present a case of very late and unusual recurrence gastric cancer. Nine years following total gastrectomy for carcinoma, 57-year-old man presented with disseminated intravascular coagulation associated bone marrow recurrence. The primary tumor was signet ring cell carcinoma invading the subserosal layer lymph node metastasis. patient treated sequential administration methotrexate 5-fluorouracil went into remission. After treatment, he survived 10 months. Autopsy revealed diffuse infiltration distant metastasis cells. (Jpn J Clin Oncol 26: 472-475, 1996)
