摘要: Interpersonal communication between the nurse manager and executing is needed for continuity productivity of profession, whereby one’s strongly influenced by performance. Therefore, this study aims to know extent relationship interpersonal skills (leadership, process, motivation, negotiation skills) managers, (independent variable), performance nurses, (dependent variable) at Tgk. Chik Ditiro Sigli Hospital Harapan Bunda Banda Aceh in Indonesia. The population were all nurses two hospitals consisting 331 respondents. results showed a significant managers hospitals. test also that there was difference Hospital. only variable similarities motivation.
