摘要: We have investigated the role of electrogenic hydrogen ion pump in regulation intracellular sodium activity (a Na i ) and pH (pHi) frog skin epithelial cells using double-barreled sensitive microelectrodes. WhenRana esculenta is mounted an Ussing chamber bathed 1 mM Na2SO4 buffered to 7.34 with imidazole on apical side normal Ringer serosal side, addition carbonic anhydrase inhibitor, ethoxzolamide (10−4M) blocks net H+ excretion absorption, producing a depolarization 25–30 mV membrane, potential (Ψmc). demonstrate these changes are accompanied by fall ina from 6.2±0.5 mmol/l 3.4±0.6 increase pHi 7.20±0.03 7.38±0.08 (n=12 skins). Voltage clamping Ψmc its control value presence restoreda but remained alkaline. Furthermore, produced could be mimicked voltage towards Nernst for at membrane. These results indicate that maintenance cellular Na+ transport pool dependent favourable electrical driving force counter-current generated
