摘要: In the present study we used patient data to calculate laboratory-specific indirect reference intervals. These values were compared with intervals obtained for a healthy group according recommendations of International Federation Clinical Chemistry and Laboratory Medicine manufacturer suggestions. results (422,919 records) from all subjects 18-45 years age over 1-year period retrieved our laboratory information system 40 common analytes estimated using modified Bhattacharya procedure. Indirect most biochemical comparable, small differences in lower [alkaline phosphatase (ALP) (male), alanine aminotransferase (ALT), creatine kinase, iron total iron-binding capacity, folic acid, calcium (female), lactate dehydrogenase (LDH), lipoprotein (a) [Lp(a)], thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH), triiodothyronine (T(3)), direct bilirubin, apolipoprotein A-I (apoA-I), glucose, homocysteine, cholesterol, ferritin, protein, ceruloplasmin, sodium, blood urea nitrogen (BUN) uric acid (female)] and/or upper limits [albumin, ALP amylase, apoA-I, kinase-MB (CK-MB), phosphorus, gamma-glutamyltransferase (gamma-GT), magnesium, high-density cholesterol (HDL-C), T(3), ALT, aspartate (AST) bilirubin iron, Lp(a), triglycerides], determined laboratory. The intervals, exception few parameters (creatinine, calcium, BUN potassium), not similar suggested by manufacturers. We conclude that can be stored relatively easy inexpensive method. derived may particularly suitable evaluation presenting population.
