摘要: Karyotypes of 36 lymphoblastoid cell lines established by Epstein-Barr virus (EBV) transformation peripheral blood lymphocytes (PBL) eight normal individuals and 28 patients with various nonhematologic malignancies were analyzed. In seven (19.4%), cells trisomy 12 noted, clonality in two these lines. 11 metaphases such trisomy, chromosome was involved structural rearrangements [t(8;12)(q12;p12) t(12;12)(q11;q24)]. No observed phytohemagglutinin (PHA)-stimulated PBL cultures individuals. 250 (normal malignancies) examined our laboratory the last 5 years, extra copies PHA-stimulated only five 23,216 (0.02%). There no cases samples. The frequency an comparable to that other chromosomes except 21 X, whose occurrence 0.08% 0.09%, respectively. These findings should be considered random events PBL. On contrary, EBV transformation, most frequent numerical abnormality. It 64.7% all gains therefore could not a occurrence. specificity this phenomenon for is supported results cytogenetic analysis alternative procedure [1]. 400 analyzed single observed. We suggest might either randomly induce formation immortalized B-cell populations or show potentially blastomogenic proneness their certain who predisposed develop lymphoproliferative diseases, especially chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL) which common alteration.
