摘要: This article presents the investigations on micro-geometry of fine pitch miniature spur gears manufactured by wire electrical discharge machining (WEDM). Effects voltage, pulse-on time, pulse-off feed rate and cutting speed total profile accumulated errors were studied using one-factor-at-a-time approach. The had a module 0.7 mm, outside diameter 9.8 mm, face width 4.9 mm, made brass. best quality gear DIN number 6 8, respectively, for with average maximum surface roughness values 1 µm 6.4 µm, establishing WEDM as superior process manufacturing.
