摘要: Abstract A comparison was made between six turbulence models and experimental temperature profiles for the turbulent natural convection in a tilted open cubic cavity. The setup consists of cavity 1 m by side with one vertical wall receiving constant uniform heat flux, whereas remaining walls are thermally insulated. thermal fluid is air aperture facing heated wall. were obtained at different heights depths each 10 positions inside commercial computational dynamic software used simulation k-et k-ω families evaluated against data. lowest absolute average percentage difference numerical rk-et model highest sk-ω model.
