摘要: We have used synthetic oligonucleotides to probe for mutations affecting amino acid 12 of the c-K-ras gene in human cell line DNA. Of seven carcinoma lines tested, four were found contain a mutation at this position. In each nucleotide G was replaced with an A resulting Gly Asp substitution three cases (cell A427, A1165 and A1663) Ser fourth (A549). Neither these substitutions been previously reported either tumor or tumor-derived DNA's. These results indicate that association between involving position oncogene carcinomas may be stronger than recognized.
