摘要: As in many countries of the world, prostatic adenocarcinoma is extremely common Pakistan. In a study carried out our section, it was third commonest malignancy males, comprising almost 7% all malignant neoplasms. Furthermore, another investigation revealed to be neoplasm males seventh and eight decades, 15% 25% respectively neoplasms these age groups. Recent data extracted from radical prostatectomy specimens department have that majority carcinomas are advanced (like most other cancers country) when they first diagnosed or treated. The cases which performed showed not only stage (pT3a pT3b) but also exhibited extra-prostatic extension positive surgical margins. For cancer so population, diagnostic therapeutic modalities available limited.
