摘要: Somatostatin, a hypothalamic growth hormone-release inhibiting hormone (GH-RIH), has been shown to suppress the secretion of many hypophyseal and extrahypophyseal hormones including gastrointestinal such as gastrin, secretin, cholecystokinin, motilin, vasoactive intestinal peptide. It was also found in laboratory animals man be potent inhibitor secretions induced both by exogenous endogenous stimuli2–5. Recently, analogs somatostatin have prepared an attempt increase biological activity some were preferentially hormones6.
