摘要: The results of detailed investigations the conductivity and Hall effect in gated single-quantum-well GaAs/InGaAs/GaAs heterostructures with two-dimensional electron gas are presented. A successive analysis data has shown that is diffusive for k F /=25-2. absolute value quantum corrections /= 2 at low temperature not small; e.g., it about 70% Drude T = 0.46 K. For /=2-0.5 looks like one. magnetic field dependences qualitatively described within framework self-consistent theory Vollhardt Wolfle. interference correction therewith close magnitude to so σ becomes significantly less than e /h. We conclude whole / range due changes corrections.
