摘要: An improved quality evaluation method for Oldenlandia diffusa (Willd.) Roxb. and its substitute was established by a well-defined high performance liquid chromatographic (HPLC) method. Firstly, complete separation of oleanolic acid ursolic successfully achieved optimizing the mobile phase systems based on previous reports. The extraction optimized less toxic solvent selected extraction. systematic survey herbal markets has shown that O. corymbosa (L.) Lam are widely available used indiscriminately as diffusa. Twenty-seven samples seventeen were analyzed. results showed contents in generally lower almost two times than those corymbosa. Moreover, between fresh dry compared. introduction could be useful species identity substitute.
