摘要: A cyclodextrin-modified micellar electrokinetic chromatography (CD-MEKC) method was established for the determination of oleanolic acid and ursolic in cornel. The two components were separated running buffer 40 mmol/L sodium borate containing 5% methanol, 25 SDS 15 hydroxypropyl-β-cyclodextrin (HP-β-CD). applied voltage 24 kV. wavelength detection 200 nm. temperature kept at 25C. Cinnamic used as internal standard. analytical performance tested with respect to linearity, precision recovery. calibration curves linear range 10.15–243.6 µg/mL, r = 0.9993 (oleanolic acid) 10.07–241.7 0.9994 (ursolic acid); intra-day (RSD) less than 3.7% 4.1% inter-day 4.2% 4.9% acid). limits 1.6 µg/mL both components. proved be sensitive, rapid, accurate suitable Copyright © 2005 John Wiley & Sons, Ltd.
