摘要: The biologically active metabolite of vitamin D3, 1α,25-dihydroxyvitamin D3 [1α,25(OH)2D3], is recognized as a major hormonal regulator calcium metabolism in man (Norman et al. 1982), Recently, evidence has been obtained for wider biological role 1α,25(OH)2D3 tissues not primarily related to mineral metabolism. A prime example the hematopoietic system, where new data indicate that may influence function myeloid and lymphoid cells.
